Nowadays, the teamwork spirit is becoming more and more important. If you can’t group with others, you will not win the competition. The team work means we can finish something with our partners in common. If so,we can help each other, though we are not so perfect. Then, what can we benefit from the team work, now, let me tell you.Firstly, when you are doing some things, you can save much time and energy. Then, you can finish more jobs. Secondly, we can get more resources by teamwork. Given that, our thoughts will become more and moreexcessive. Thirdly, the team work can also give us happiness, friendship and so on. So we should pay attention to the teamwork.
In addition, how can we do when we have teamwork? We know, we must communicate with others at the teamwork time. So we must learn the communication skill.Sure we need division of labor in order to our work efficiency.
In all, with the development of the society, the
teamwork will become more and more popular, so we should take part in it actively.

在等待东南回招聘信息的时间内，我还参加了天津汽车模具的招聘，在吸取了上次的教训以后，以及张欢对我的建议后，我就很从容的看了天汽模的网站，并且简单的准备了一下英语口语自我介绍，以前同校的高年级老乡指点“面试就是——企业吹嘘企业，个人吹嘘个人”，所以再次面试，一共七个人应聘，问我们对天汽模了解多少的时候，我很大胆的对面试的人说“大概了解的一下公司是做什么的，以及目前采用的技术，比如德国的渗氮技术，也有上过你们的网站”，当时面试人的第一反映“你看的很仔细”，在用英语口语作自我介绍的时候，别人都是：我叫什么名字，我在大连理工大学某某系上学，通过四年的学习，我发现work hard就能成功„„，而我的介绍至少比起他们能说的上别具一格：
My name is ZhouGuang.I am in Dalian University of Technology.When I fell in an exam,teacher told me that it is not because you are stupid,it is only because you haven"t learn,if you learn it,you can do better than anybody else.So I know how important self-confidence is.And I also know we may often work together with somebody,when working together,we help each other,and we know it is team work.So I always remind myself team work is also important.
面试人听完我的讲话以后，就说：他刚才讲到self-confidence跟team work，你们认为重要吗？其他一起来面试的人，都点头默许。

一起地、连续地、共同地、同时地、合力地、凑合地。
创意团队大致有以下三种Together进行式：
1、凑合式：这种形式的产生多出于无奈。公司换血、客户进出、人际关系、紧急事件……制造了一队又一队这样类似于雇佣军的组合。这是最考验创意总监领导力和基本功的时刻，成与败往往在于一个人。
2、磨合式：就象常规部队需要不断的操练，日常的创意训练对于磨合式的团队是不可或缺的，磨合的不仅仅是人与人的关系，更是思维方式，甚至于价值观的磨合。淘汰，会在这个时候发生。
3、整合式：磨合式的升级版，可以用机械化部队来形容。团队配合已经非常默契，流程运作顺畅。这时创意总监的唯一压力就是：如何留住这个团队？处理得不好，新一轮的凑合又要开始了。
二、Each:pro.：各个、各人、每人
团队是由个体组成的，无视个性发挥的团队一定不会长久。个体创造是团队协作的基础，Brainstorming则是各种不同思维方式的碰撞，从来不觉得在每个人的想法成熟前进行的Brainstorming有任何意义，只有尽可能地发挥出每个人的强项，团队的魅力才能最大化地体现。
三、Achieve：完成、获得、达到
如果说客户部的职责是使命必达，那么创意部要做的应该是使命超越。很坦白说，随着经验值的提升，越来越多的时候，在听BRIEF的同时已经可以想到客户最终会买的创意。
创意人就是这么傻，明明可以一天搞定一个能让策略部、客户部、客户比大欢喜的安全稿，却偏要花上几天几夜，经过一次又一次的自我否定，从几十、上百个概念中生产出那几个不那么安份的异类，然后先在内部REVIEW中与策略部和客户部的同事拼个你死我活，结果如长阪坡的赵子龙般浑身是血地救出那么一两个阿斗。当然，那个在接BRIEF时已经想到的创意也会毫发无伤地被保留。最终，客户通常在对创意热情进行一番啧啧赞许之后，语重心长地告诉我们为什么他们喜欢那个我们在接BRIEF的同时已经想到的创意。
尽管如此，从来没有放弃过这样的作业方式。至少，这种经验会让团队经验值得到合面的提升。【团队精神英文】

英文专题-增加团队默契的英文表达
美国街舞大赛ABDC（American Best Dancing Crew）有一组成员来自台湾的团体「泡面团」（Instant Noodles Crew）。 成员们在自我介绍时说：We are all from the same high school in Taiwan. Respect and appreciate each other. Recognize that there is diversity and that each team member has strengths and weaknesses.
