一、 活动目的 圣诞节（Christmas）又称耶诞节，译名为“基督弥撒”，西方传统节日，在每年12月25日。圣诞节是西方世界以及其他很多地区的公共假日，例如：在亚洲的香港、澳门、马来西亚和新加坡。
12月25日马上就要到来，为了丰富学生们的课外学习生活，同时为了提高大家学习英语的兴趣，让同学们在活动中了解西方文化，促进语言的学习，特举办圣诞节主题手抄报活动，让大家在动脑动手的过程中学习知识。
二、 活动对象
2015级全体新生。
三、 活动地点
各班教室，最后作品评选地点：精技楼二楼阶梯教室。
四、 活动时间及报名方式
报名时间：2015年11月23日11月27日
报名方式：在各班英语老师处报名登记。各位英语老师在11月27日下班前将学生电子名单及联系方式报给精技楼教学管理办公室张雅平。
作品提交时间：截止到2015年12月11日。
颁奖时间：2015年12月14日

五、 活动形式
每班同学以自愿报名的形式参与圣诞节手抄报的设计，要求每个班级至少选送一份作品参赛。最后从各班报送的作品中选出一等奖1名，二等奖2名，三等奖3名。
六、 活动要求
所绘制的手抄报必须包含Merry Christmas的英文字样，其中图画及内容都要是圣诞节相关的主题。文字内容必须以英文为主，汉语为辅。还有，手抄报上要注明班级（class）,设计者（designer）,绘图者（pictures），文字书写者(writer).
七、 评分标准
所绘制手抄报要包含所要求的标题，同时报纸的设计要富有创意，文字的排列及书写要整齐清晰，图画内容不能偏离主题。
八、 活动内容
⒈ 此活动由各班英语老师及分院教学管理办公室通知到各个班级，并由学习委员和班长负责组织。同时，各班英语老师负责为学生做主题介绍以及给出相关建议。
⒉ 11月25日之前需通知到位，11月27日截止报名，12月11日前作品提交截止，并在12月14日前评出获奖班级学生，12月14日至12月25日
这个时间段在学校展出优秀作品。
⒊ 作品以班为单位交由分院教学管理办公室。本次比赛班级参与最后的班级优秀组织奖评比。作品设计的个人参与优秀设计奖评比。整个分院班级优秀组织奖1个名额。个人优秀设计奖，一等奖1个名额，二等奖2个名额，三等奖3个名额。
