一、 本年度英语专业四级考试于2014年4月19 日（星期六）上午8：30进行。
二、 考试项目及时间如下：考试时间约为135分钟

三、 考生必须在考试开始前30分钟持准考证、身份证和学生证进入考场。考试时间共约后，迟到考生不得进入考场。结束前，任何考生都不得离开考点。【2014四级英语报名】
四、 监考教师领取试卷及磁带时必须要有两人或者两人以上，领取试卷及磁带后必须直接回到考场。考点主考及副主考必须于考试前30分钟至各考场检查试卷及磁带的密封完好性后在试卷袋上签字确认；考场内的两名监考教师必须在考试前15分钟向考生展示试卷及磁带的密封完好性后，方可当着考生面启封试卷。
五、 请将全国专业英语四级报名册上的准考证号在考前通知学生。要求考生核对本人姓名并将准考证号及姓名准确填写答题卡上。
六、 各项选择题的答案一定要写在题答题卡2上。听写做在答题卡1上。作文做在答题卡3上。凡是写在试题册上的答案一律不得分。考生不得在答题卷空白处填写校名和姓名，违者试卷作零分处理。
七、 各项选择题必须使用2B铅笔填写，浓度要盖过字母底色：每题只能选一答案，多选、不选不得分。
八、 听写及作文用规定的黑色字迹签字笔（0.5mm或以上）书写。答卷内容不要超过规定的框，超越部分无效。考试规定时间到后，不按时交卷者将被取消此次考试成绩。
九、 手机等通讯工具不得带入考场。考试时不得使用词典（含电子词典）及其他工具书。答题卡上任何地方都不得使用涂改液。
十、 每个考场由一位主考教师负责，考试结束后主考教师须认真填写考场情况说明并签字；填写完成后将所有缺考、违纪等信息汇总至考点主考，由院校主考统一填写“考生信息汇总表”及“考点主考情况报告表”。
十一、 考前有关部门必须事前检查听力电源等设备，以保证考试顺利进行。 十二、 考试期间须确保考场周围环境的安静，尽量减少外界的干扰。
十三、 考试结束后请将编号为“1”、“2”和“3”的答题卡严格按照考生准考证号顺序排列整理（每考场为30人，即01-30，缺考考生的答题卡也应填涂考生信息后放于其中），然后分别装回编号为“1”、“2”和“3”的答题卡专用袋（注：答题卡袋不必封口），最后一起放入原试卷袋内并用试卷袋密封密封袋口（注：拆封时请不要把试卷袋撕坏，因考试后答题卡要放回袋中）。如考场中发生不符合考场纪律或操作要求以及缺考的情况，请在试卷袋封面上注明。
