Born in such a good place, the people there are very industrious and aspirant. Take my family as an example, my parents have no formal jobs but they have to support my grandparents and raise two children. So they are always working hard with no complaint and try to provide my little brother and me with better education. There is no wonder that they strongly support my further study and hope I can get my master’s degree.

Grown up in such a warm and loving family, I developed a positive, diligent, steady and tough character. So after 4 years hard working, I graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law last year and obtained my bachelor’s degree smoothly. I feel my work so meaningful and through these volunteer activities, we are happy to help those in need as much as we can. What’s more, we can build our sense of cooperation at the same time. Although I have learnt a lot of professional knowledge and practical skills, I think it’s not enough for me to realize self-value in such a competitive society.

从这篇案例可以看出，这个学生的自我介绍很全面，把自己的性格、爱好、大学生活等都一一介绍了，而且整个过度衔接的也比较好，让人觉得很舒服。通过整篇介绍老师已经能大体了解了这个学生，老师对这种逻辑性强、有科研能力的学生比较偏爱。
我们再来看一篇中文介绍：

我选择考研的原因很简单，我喜欢金融这个行业，我想到更大更正规的公司去上班，我希望通过研究生的学习提升自己的能力，让自己学到更多的知识，为社会做出更多的贡献。 我喜欢钻研，性格开朗，有责任心，我喜欢听课，弹吉他。如果有机会在该校学习，我会努力学习，为将来的职业打下扎实的基础。(诊断：结尾结的比较生硬，就像在背书) 这个学生整篇介绍都比较简单，时间也达不到要求，显得有的仓促，而且在介绍大学生活时只介绍了两件事，其实大学生活4年会学到很多的知识，但他都没有介绍，另外结尾结的太简单，不自然。
在自我介绍中有的学生还会犯一个错误，就是介绍自己看了哪些哪些书，有时就撞到枪口上了，被老师连续发问后很尴尬，所以在自我介绍的时候尽量诚实介绍，不然一个小小的失误就会导致失败。
英文的自我介绍比较简单，1分钟左右就可以了，把自己毕业的院校、专业、喜好、性格、社会实践等说出来就好了，用的词也都是比较常见的，比较易懂的。我们学校英文介绍自己的时候是站着介绍的，最后最好和老师鞠个躬。
自我介绍是直接向别人展示你自己的一种手段，自我介绍说得好不好，直接关系到导师对你的第一印象分，在心理学上称为“首应效应”。在介绍时要把自己的个性展现给老师，要做到诚实有礼貌，这样会博得老师的好感。

自我介绍的内容要包含四个方面
我是谁
自我介绍的第一步是要让面试官知道你是谁。在这一步，你主要介绍自己的个人履历和专业特长，包括姓名、年龄、籍贯等个人基本信息；教育背景以及与应聘职位密切相关的特长等。生动、形象、个性化地介绍自己的姓名，不仅能够引起面试官的注意，而且可以使面试的氛围变得轻松。个性化地介绍姓名有多种方式，你可以从名字的音、义、形或者从名字的来历进行演绎。
例如：从名字的音：我叫邵飞，谐音少非，希望生活能少一点是是非非。从名字的义：我叫俞非鱼。古语有言：子非鱼安知鱼之乐。父母亲希望我过得像鱼儿一般自在逍遥。从名字的形：我叫陈赟。我的父亲叫陈斌，斌的宝贝就是赟。从名字的来历：我叫赵丹，赵本山的赵，宋丹丹的丹。父母希望我能够像他们一样幽默地对待生活。

做过什么，代表着你的经验和经历。在这个部分，你主要介绍与应聘职位密切相关的实践经历，包括校内活动经历、相关的**和实习经历、社会实践等。你要说清楚确切的时间、地点、担任的职务、工作内容等，这样让面试官觉得真实、可信。特别需要注意的是，你的经历可能很多，你不可能面面俱到，那些与应聘职位无关的内容，即使你引以为荣也要忍痛舍弃。
我做成过什么
做成过什么，代表着你的能力和水平。在这部分，你主要介绍与应聘职位所需能力相关的个人业绩，包括校内活动成果和校外实践成果。介绍个人业绩，就是摆成绩，把自己在不同阶段做成的有代表性的事情介绍清楚。
你在介绍个人业绩时，需要注意以下方面——
（1）业绩要与应聘职位需要的能力紧密相关。如果你应聘文员，就不需要介绍销售业绩；
（2）介绍“你自己”的业绩，而不是团队业绩，因为用人单位要招聘的是“你”，而不是“你们”；
（3）业绩要有量化的数字，要有具体的证据。不要用笼统的“很好”、“很多”；也不要用“大概”、“约”、“基本”等概数，而要用确切的数字，例如：我一周内卖出了34箱方便面；
（4）介绍的内容应当有所侧重，不要说流水账，要着重介绍那些能体现自己能力的重点；

想做什么，代表着你的职业理想。在这个部分，你应该介绍自己对应聘职位、行业的看法和理想，包括你的职业生涯规划、对工作的兴趣与热情、未来的工作蓝图、对行业发展趋势的看法等。在介绍时，你还要针对应聘职位合理编排每部分的内容。与应聘职位关系越密切的内容，介绍的次序越靠前，介绍得越详细。
你在自我介绍时，还应该避开介绍内容的禁忌——忌讳主动介绍个人爱好。忌讳使用过多的“我”字眼。忌讳头重脚轻。忌讳介绍背景而不介绍自己。忌讳夸口。忌讳说谎。忌讳过于简单，没有内容。
自我介绍的时间要恰到好处
三分钟自我介绍【研究生面试自我介绍】

The major that I hope pursue for my further education is IC design. Because I find integrated circuits are playing a more and more important role in our modern society.

其次，我想谈一下我四年的大学生活，让我学到了很多，很多的实践让我从从各个方面提高了自己，不但让我学会了如何思考，学习的方法，还让我看到了实践的重要性，作为一名学生，我深知学习机会的不易，我学习很努力，其中3年拿了学校的奖学金，我还积极地参加各种活动和设计大赛，曾在河南理工大学首届和第二届青少年科技文化节中分别荣获“摄影大赛优秀奖”和“节徽设计大赛二等奖”。在2007年中的“张江杯”设计大赛中工业设计类中设计的笔记本电脑荣获优秀奖。在大学中我也遇到了好的老师和朋友，从他们身上我学到了很多东西，这对我能力的提高和成长起了很大的作用。
再次，我来介绍一下我的毕业之后的工作情况，我大致工作了两年的时间，第一年是在福建迪特工业设计公司，担任工业设计师，主要从事产品设计工作，曾在设计总监的带领下为参加多个设计项目-泉州佳乐集团开发的可视门铃设计和辉煌水暖08年的新产品开发设计. 其中为辉煌水暖开发命名为龙的水龙头已投入生产并获得了好评.第二年是在福建文创太阳能有限公司工作，担任设计师，主要的工作为太阳能灯具和音响的产品设计,公司画册的设计;为公司的设计的多款太阳能灯具已投入生产,并受到了客户的好评,在工业设计小组共同努力下设计的太阳能音响已进入了产品的测试阶段, 在公司的期间曾多次到车间深入了解材料工艺 模具加工和产品生产过程, 多次到广交会顺德工业设计博览会了解市场的产品信息。 最后，我想谈一下，我考研的原因和研究的方向，我喜欢做设计，当看着自己的创意和产品得到别人认可的时候是一件无比兴奋的事情；还有就是两年的工作经验让我认识到我专业知识的局限，感觉在设计方面还有很多东西要学，自己的知识和能力还远远不够，特别是在经济快速发展的今天，更需要通过系统的复习来提高自己的能力，来最大化地实现自我价
值，想通过3年的学习来对工业设计有个更加深入的了解，我很喜欢学校的感觉和体现出来的学习氛围，到处充满着青春活力，有很多的机会让你去实践和尝试，让人可以深入思考和进行学术的研究。如果我有机会在这所学校学习，我计划把自己的研究方向定为工业设计，因为我发现设计在社会的发展中发挥了越来越重要的作用，特别在国家由制造业大国转变为创新型国家的时候更是如此，虽然现在中国整个社会对设计的认可还不是很高，特别是在一些中小型企业中，但是纵观一些发达国家的发展过程，不难发现，工业设计将会在社会发展起到不可替代的作用。
