篇一：让自己的人生更精彩
人的一生，不是我们想象的那么好，也不是我们想象的那么坏。很多时候，我们的>幸福快乐与物质无关，有时只是一种心灵的体验，一种精神感受。虽然我们无法延长生命的长度，但我们可以拓宽它的宽度，让我们在有限的生命里，活得更加精彩。
我们一生，会遇到很多人，陪我们一起度过一生中的一天，一月，一年。到了该离开的时候，好聚好散，然后，又和下一个一起度过，又一天，又一月，又一年。无论是谁，挥别时，都要带着珍重。因为和每个人的相遇都是一种缘分，既然有缘在一起，就让我们好好珍惜。尽管林子大了，什么鸟都有，但只要自己不和自己过不去，不纠结于别人的评说，把开心攥在手心，把烦恼抛在身后，你心中的天地，就是一片开阔。
人生在世，要知足，要平凡，要感恩。放下自卑，放下消极，放下懒惰，放下抱怨。拥有一颗淡然的心，懂得接受生命中的遗憾，学会珍惜生命中的感动，让心溢满宁静与阳光，笑对红尘过往。在清浅的流年里用心去感知平淡生活中的快乐，让心因为有爱而无悔。
生命的快乐烦恼，全在于你对生活的态度。乐观向上，好运不断；失落沉沦，厄运陪伴。逆境时，不妨换一个角度来思考，凡事往好处想，好的心态决定好的命运！
幸福，其实无时不在我们身边，只要我们细心地去感受，敏锐地去观察，你会发现，原来幸福与我们是那么近。心里阳光，幸福就会来找你，心里阴暗，幸福就会从你身边溜走。要懂得在幸福没有溜走之前，好好地把握，好好地珍惜。
让我们每个人都拥有一颗平常淡定之心，让美好永驻心间，让幸福常伴在身。
篇二：冬日>孤独
雾很大、很大，隐没了一切。如不是这般着急，想必，我定会陶醉在这白雾中。桥被像似神话中那种物质所包裹构成神秘的结界。我独自一人走在桥上，向桥两边望去，在白茫茫的一片中，看见若隐若现的灯。
快到中午，雾才散开，阳光似月光凄清，透过教室的玻璃窗，撒在我正在书写的课本上。被它所吸引，向窗外望去，那抹阳光照射着学校百年历史的大榕树，仅剩几片枯叶伶仃的挂在粗糙的树干上，前些日子还有很多树叶，被一群不知名的鸟儿折腾了一番后，也就变得萧条，鸟儿也不知道飞去哪里了！那几片叶在刺骨的寒风中摇曳，感觉下一秒就会随风而落，可却还顽强的粘在树枝上。枝枝蔓蔓撒下一片婆娑。
傍晚，放学回家的路上，临近西城楼，红日斜斜的挂在天际，朋友枝伸出手，捧着那束金色的阳光说：“我没有感到>温暖，可太阳就在我的手心，太阳的光刺痛了我的眼睛。”我用手挡住太阳，太阳的光穿过指缝，刺痛了眼睛。我说：“就像安妮宝贝所
说，我的手心，有一个空洞，在我直视太阳时，阳光会射透手心，刺痛眼睛。【散文随笔集】
夜阑珊，灯火明。独自一人，站在街角。来往的喧闹将我隔绝，络绎不绝的车辆从眼前飞速驶过，我等待的还没有来。蓝黑的天幕上，几点星，一轮月。街边的霓虹太过耀眼，没有乡下的静谧，没有自然的喧嚣，没有我渴望的月光倾城。【散文随笔集】
这座城太过繁华，这座城又太过渺小，这座城装不下我的梦。
或许不是这座城太小，而是我太渺小，心很小，装不下一个小小的梦。
其实空洞不在我的手心，而在心脏。越长大越孤独，我开始惧怕孤独会将我心中的空洞逐渐扩大，然后，吞噬掉我的整颗心。
篇三：清淡【散文随笔集】
灰蒙蒙的的天，飘着小雨。立冬了，还不是很冷，只有些微微的凉，着一件薄外套就可以了。这样的天气，适合煲一些红豆汤，如此，就可以闻到一股暖暖的味道了。
捧着红豆汤，看颗颗红豆软糯，吃进去柔滑爽口。他的电话就来了。一边喝一边打趣。没什么重要的事情，她从来不主动打电话。他在那边软语，她在这边矫情。想么？才不想呢，一个人好自在。他就在那边粗口的骂开了。不想？哪天压死你，看还想不想？她就在这边坏坏的笑。从什么时候开始，她知道，已经没有自怜的资格，30岁吧！知道了，只剩下不知道疲惫的肩膀，需要担负着微幸福，在平淡的日子里感受快乐。
现在，越来越喜欢清淡食物了，是她的胃坏了以后！也是家人的亚健康需要调理！她的胃喜欢清淡的，不油腻，不诱惑。以前喜欢浓烈的食物。比如街上炸得香香的油条，面窝。下厨也喜欢做红烧鱼，红烧肉，红烧茄子。又香，又辣，又油腻，看着就那么诱惑。家人吃得放不下筷子，她就满足的笑了。如今，那些清淡的汤汤水水，却是更喜欢了，只放少量的油和盐，却是原汁原味了。一如友情，爱情，加了物资的负累，都会远去。而不浓不烈的味道，才持久，有着原汁原味的清香。

Fortune is to be honoured, and respected, and it be but for her daughters, Confidence, and Reputation. For those two felicity hreedeth: the first within a man's self; the latter, in others towards him.
