首汽（集团）第三运营分公司九队现有驾驶员240人，车队成立八年来，全体同志秉承首汽“真心为宾客”的服务宗旨，以身边的劳模于凯同志为榜样，文明行车、热情服务，诚实守信，为广大乘客提供了安全、优质的服务。与此同时，他们运营不忘社会，组织了大量敬老助残的公益活动，得到各级领导和社会各界的赞扬与好评。车队连续4年被评为首汽（集团）先进集体，今年又被评为集团的先进党支部，有6名司机被评为“的士之星”，14名司机在车队入了党。整个车队形成了重责任、讲奉献、文明向上的和谐氛围。
2009年11月，在美国总统奥巴马访华期间，九队三名司机以“无可挑剔的职业素质”执行了访华团通信组的接待任务，受到了美国白宫通讯处的致信表扬信，这是北京普通出租车司机第一次接到以外国政府名义发来的表扬信，吸引了众多媒体的竞相报道。
一、出色服务奥运受赞誉。
奥运会期间，九队有27名司机执行奥运会和残奥会交通服务，有50名司机参加了新闻中心保点。他们牢记责任，乐于吃苦、勇于奉献，用文明、友好、热情的精神面貌，高超的职业素养和安全优质的服务，赢得了奥组委和国际足联主席布拉特等国际贵宾的高度赞扬，出色完成了任务。
他们在大雨中给客人送雨伞，他们自制小凳为上下面包车的客人提供方便，他们满身大汗自己买站台票把客人送上火车，他们用英语向客人宣传介绍北京。司机耿树茂为国际奥委会委员撒马桥服务。他以优质细微周到的服务赢得撒马桥的信任。奥运会快结束的一天，撒马桥全家去全聚德烤鸭店吃饭，撒马桥特地要请耿树茂参加他们的家宴，并说“一定要请到耿先生，我的家人都想见见他。”离京前，撒马桥先生亲自把一封感谢信送到耿树
茂所在的T1、T2团队，向他表示由衷的感谢。
二、“微笑服务、着装得体、举止文明、说礼貌敬语”，这是出租行业的服务规范。自今年开展“做文明有礼的北京人”活动后，车队就将行业标准提高到精神文明建设和北京形象的高度，对司机进行教育，使司机们更好的自觉按要求去做。
三、热心公益，志愿服务，彰显企业形象
1、继承雷锋精神、志愿服务进社区。2009年2月27日，九队司机王世斌来到丰台区宛平城街道老庄子社区，与社区困难对象签署了长期提供志愿服务协议，为当地的出行不便的老人实行“一对一”免费用车服务。老庄子社区一带，每天只有三趟公交车，给人们的出行、尤其是老人出行带来不变。从那以后，他为社区困难群体提供了40余次免费服务。有位老先生70多岁了，体弱患多种疾病，老伴下肢瘫痪，常年卧病，无儿无女。王世斌除了提供交通服务外，还尽己所能帮助老人。夏季下雨时帮助维修房屋，冬季帮助安装烟囱，他还经常打电话与老人联系，询问是否需要各种帮助。老先生激动说：“我一个月要去两次医院，每次去我就犯愁。现在好了，有了王师傅，问题解决了。真没想到，我还有这样的福气。我诚心的感谢党、感谢政府、感谢王师傅！”
2009年3月5日，北京晚报刊登了王世斌的事迹， 2009年12月23日，丰台区宛平街道老庄子社区居民委员会干部及受助居民代表来到首汽（集团），送来感谢信和锦旗，真诚感谢首汽集团培养的好司机王世斌一年来为促进社区和谐所做出的贡献。
2、继承雷锋精神、志愿服务敬老院。三分九队还有一个爱心小组，他们与温泉镇冷泉村颐寿富养老院建立了帮扶联系，每月都坚持去老年公寓开展多种形式的活动，服务老人，为他们送去欢笑和温暖，关爱与感动。“爱心小组”的成员为老人们表演节目、修理轮椅，陪他们聊天、晒太阳，这些虽然都是“小善之举”，却让老人们真切地感受到了“老有所养、
老有所乐、老有所依”，和谐融洽的气氛如相亲相爱的一家人。“爱心小组”的行动得到了敬老院领导和老人们一致的好评。 今年7月，老年公寓办公室负责人受院长委托专门为集团送来一面题有“关爱社会，关爱老人”的锦旗，感谢首汽“的哥”的奉献与关爱，感谢首汽“的哥”为老人送去物质和精神上的双重关怀。
3、热心服务残疾人。九队司机杨波经常执行无障碍任务，在执行任务中，他替残疾人着想，主动为残疾人服务。2008年11月，杨波拉一残疾人去医院，到医院门口时，他看见一位坐在轮椅上的小伙子在打出租车，他将客人送到目的地后，赶紧把车开到门口。当得知这是首汽无障碍出租车，与普通出租车收费一样，又得知杨波是特意转过来拉他时，小
