nowadays, unsafe foods can be found, now and then, in the market, which has aroused a lot of public attention. it is reported that these foodstuff ranges from

measures should be take to deal with the problem. on the one hand , strict laws should be passed to punish the producers and the sellers. on the other hand, consumers should be told to distinguish the genuine goods from the false ones. at the same time, the government should strengthen the supervision of all aspects of food. i firmly believe this problem will be solved in the near future.
三、on food safety
one of major problems is the food additives.we all know that the most of the packaging food contain food additives.food additives are used to change the shelf of food,the color of food,the taste of food and so on.
our country also make a list of healthy food additives and some law about it .however,many food manufacturers do not obey it and use lots of illegal foodadditives .these food additives are harmful to our body .for example ,sanlu milk powder is added in illegal chemicals.if babies eat it ,they will get gallstone disease.
another hot button is swill-cooked dirty oil .many restaurants use the swill-cooked dirty oil to reduce the cost so they can get more profits .however ,the swill-cooked dirty oil contains a large of chemicals that will cause cancer .so it is very terrible . besides ,there are many other food safety problems .such as the problem of food packaging and writing wrong date of manufacture .
in fact ,the problem of food safety are not often seen in developed countries .but why do our country has so much problems ?the main reason is peoples civism and governments supervision .
some european country governments recycle the the swill-cooked dirty oil as the fuel of garbage track .so the restaurants wont use the the swill-cooked dirty oil again .so ,i think our country can learn from them .
in some way ,the peoples health is the most important .so the problem of food safety is so important too.to solve the problem ,not only our government but the food manufacturers should be responsible to it .and we consumers also should be careful about it.
四、on food safety -

though many other countries, even countries like the u.s. and japan, have also experienced food safety crises in some periods of their development, maybe none of them has witnessed food safety problems on such a large scale and during such a long period of time. actually, problematic food products had been with us for quite a long time before we realized them and almost no single food or even drink can be claimed absolutely safe. flours may contain too much chemicals like brightener that can turn them into the desirable color; meat might have been produced by animals that have consumed chemicals to add to the red part of meat; vegetables may have too much remnants of pesticides on their leaves; even milk and other beverages may have in them poisonous chemicals to make them smell flagrant and tasty.

Most of food safety problems happen because of the corrupt factories.One of the most common thing we see on the table is the swill-cooked dirty oil.The unscrupulous businessmen make the oil from animal's liver or recovered swill which are all very cheap material.They spend low cost,but get excessive profits.According to some statistics,an estimated 2m tonnes of the slop are consumed annually in the country by unwitting diners.It is clear that more and more businessmen are making their way to make huge profit.We also know the the scandal which was exposed a few months ago.Most of the capsule、yogurt and jelly are added in gelatin which is made of waste leather.The material is not only bargain,but also a kind of garbage.The criminal works use harmful additives and junk material to make food. There are many instances like these. For example,counterfeit codfish、shrimp filled with glue、artificial eggs and so on.
Besides,the departments are not in good monitor and protect the consumers.In order to be unpunished,some illegal factories spend large sum of money to bribe the public officials.Then they can do what they wan to do without any investigation.When problems arise,they don't do their job to maintain customers after getting dirty money from those businessmen.Some of the unscrupulous businessmen have their way to continue the criminal behavior under the protection.
The last but least,our consumers should raise their awareness of food safety.We don't buy the food which has no guarantee or no date of manufacture.People ignore the safety and buy them,which leads the factories to produce more unhealthy food.Only no one buy the products and report the criminal behavior,will the illegal action reduce.
Now the food safety problems is becoming more and more serious.More morbific food are producing and the ways of forging is diversified.The situation allows no delay.The government must make measures and carry out related laws to protect customers.Every should realize the serious problem of food safety.We have to make contributions to solve the problem,not only to protect ourselves but also to maintain and develop our country.
