就我个人对英语学习的看法和建议
一． 首先最重要的是练习口语的好习惯，
主要是在生活中应该多运用，把英语生活化
二． 其次是多了解英语国家的人们学习
英语你的习惯，和一些西方国家的生活习惯，用于习惯，以及禁忌等。因为我们既然要学习别人的语言，首先要去了解其特点。
三． 然后应该多写作。在写作的过程中我
们会发现自己不会读不会写的单词，句子，语法，造句习惯等。
四． 我们应该多去收集浏览一些外国名
著。从外国名著中我们可以了解西方国家的一些历史，习惯，态度等等。也可以丰富我们对英语的认识。
五． 我认为态度也是成功之母。我们首先
要培养自己对英语的喜爱，如果喜欢上英语，那自然会有想要学习和研究的欲望。
六． 最后，我觉得应该学会去欣赏英语的
美。在我看来英语最美的是它的发音，
像是一根很柔软的丝带嘴里流出来。其次是它的外形，像是阿罗多姿的没少女，亭亭玉立。总之要想学好英语我们必须先去爱上它。

Just say something, I get along well with around people, they said I am not a bad guy, of course, they are my friends, but what they said is true. 注意如果主考官这样问你，这样的问题隐含的意思是"你能给我们公司做出怎样的贡献"，所以千万不要回答说自己擅长音乐或体育，而是要突出自己的最优秀的品质，作为雇主，是比较乐意接受有下列品质的雇员的：

当然，你也可以把这些优点综合起来说：

2.现在我们再来看看如果老板问你：

千万要小心，这里不要太实事求是地回答你的真实缺点，而要巧妙地在回答中体现出"你的缺点其实也是个优点"，这听起来有点难办，不过记住下面这个例子就可以让老板感觉到"你的缺点还是
蛮可爱"的嘛：
"I cannot leave a job half-done and usually find myself thinking of possible solutions to problems while I am driving to work or in the shower. I also know I spend too much time in my work., I can't get enough leisure time."
让我们先来分析一下你的缺点：先你不会把工作做了一半就不管了，你会在开车上班的路上或在淋浴的时候都在思考工作。其次你也觉得自己在工作上花太多的心思，而没有了休闲的时间"。这样的"缺点"听起来还挺宝贵的呢。
要记住这段话，还要将几个句式熟记才行：
首先是leave在这里表示"让(人、)物维持在某种状态"；
half-done自然代表着"未完成的，半成的"；
那么在工作中遇到了问题自然你要想办法解决，所以solution这个表示"解决"的词自然是很受青睐，solution to/for/of都是可以的。
比如说公司的财务陷入了危机，有人就可能建议说：
Economy might be the solution to our financial troubles.
意思是"节约可能是我们解决财务问题的办法"。
而spend sometime in doing sth.的句式是我们都很熟悉的了，
leisure time着重于表示"从工作中解放出来而进行休息、娱乐"的时间，据说"不会休息的人就不会更好地工作"，但是在老板眼中，还是希望员工们多多地工作的！

如何用英语表达自己的想法
人一定要有自己的想法，没有自己的想法的人我感觉很不可思议，那样一来做任何事情都是在按照既定的指令来干活，任何情况下都没有自己的见解和思想，这样的人我想很难合作，至少我看到这些人会很着急，我觉得和我合作起来会有很大的难度。
1.They would kill you with kindness.
他们简直热情的让人受不了。
曾有人把“热情的让人受不了”翻译成too warm to stand，但是这不符合英美人的习惯。kill someone with kindness更好。
Well...I have been to one in another city and their politeness seemed too much. They would kill you with kindness.
嗯„„我在其他城市去过，他们好像太过礼貌了。他们简直热情的让人受不了。
2.Over my dead body!
我死也不会答应的！
“死也不同意”或者“死也不会”之类的说法可以用will do ... over one's dead body来表示。
Over my dead body! I must be responsible.
我死也不答应。我必须要负责任
3.Nothing doing!
那可不行！
在拒绝别人的提议的时候我们常会说“那可不行”，在英语中近似的说法就是Nothing doing!
Going out in office hour? Nothing doing!
上班时间外出？那可不行！
4.I won't put anything past him.
我饶不了他。
值得注意的是，当表示“饶了某人”的时候，一般应该用let somebody go的形式，而不能用put something past somebody。
I'm just checking. If he has really done, I won't put anything past him. 我正在查。如果他真这么做了，我饶不了他。
5.I know you were only playing possum.
我知道你只是在装傻。
此语中的possum是“负鼠”，据说这种动物在遇到危险时会装死，play possum 就是“像负鼠那样装死”，与汉语的“装傻”可谓形合意切。
I know you were only playing possum. After all, it's unwise to anger the moniter. You've done right.
我知道你只是在装傻。不管怎么说，得罪班长也很不明智。你做的对。
6.I give him an inch, and he takes a yard.
他太得寸进尺了。
这句话表示不知分寸，爱占便宜。也可说：“I gave him an inch, and he wanted to take a mile.”

杰瑞总是让我帮忙。一开始我觉得他是刚到这儿的就帮了，可是现在„„他太得寸进尺了。
10.Some girls are natural criers.
有些女生就是天生爱哭。
这个短语的意思浅显易懂，但是要注意的是千万不能将“天生爱哭”译成born to cry，这样的话意思就变成了“为哭而生”，会让读者贻笑大方。
Well, some girls are natural criers. Leave her alone and she'll soon be all right.
